Over the past several years I have been studying my way through a few medical challenges and deciding what to do about my aspirations and observations as I have had these good challenges. Do you have a few good ideas? Are they about a problem you would like to change? You see the crux of a good story is a problem that needs to be recognized by your hero (and his/her allies), but also something you are really interested in exploring  the problem can be huge -- climate change -- or small and personal -- looking for something lost. It has to be something that interests you from beginning to end of your story, poem, script, essay or hack. Find the problem that needs addressing and you are on your way.
